Workflow — Auto-draft emails
Every enquiry gets a well-drafted reply waiting in your inbox. You review in seconds, edit anything, and send. Nothing leaves without your say-so.
How it works
One Microsoft sign-in. We subscribe to your inbox and listen for enquiries — nothing else. Setup takes about five minutes.
When an enquiry arrives, the reply is drafted using your tone and what we already know about that contact. It lands in your mailbox Drafts and in the portal review queue.
Open the draft in Outlook or the portal. Change anything. When you click Send, the job is done. Nothing goes out without your say-so.

What's included
Drafts from this workflow also appear on the CRM person timeline so your whole contact history is in one place.
Common questions
No. Everything goes to your review queue first. You decide what goes out — the draft just means the hard work is already done when you open your inbox.
Tap 'Redraft' from the queue. You can add a note explaining what to change, and a new version is generated in seconds. Or just edit the Outlook draft yourself — both work.
No. It only drafts replies to messages that look like genuine customer enquiries — new jobs, follow-ups, quote requests. Newsletters, supplier invoices, and CC-only messages are filtered out before the drafting step runs.
It processes inbound messages to determine whether they need a reply. It never reads sent items for content, and nothing is stored beyond what's needed to manage the draft. OAuth tokens are encrypted per account.
