Workflow — Calls
A caller rings, you're on-site. An auto-SMS fires in 15 seconds. They reply, a draft appears in your queue. One tap and it's dealt with — before they've called the next number on Google.
How it works
Your Twilio number forwards to your mobile. If you can't pick up — busy, on-site, under a sink — the system catches it automatically.
The caller gets an instant text: your business name, an ETA for calling back, and a prompt to drop the job details. Your pre-approved template, firing before they've rung the next number.
If they text back, a draft reply is ready for you. Tap to approve, edit a line, or reject. One tap from your mobile — no laptop needed.

What's included
Every call links to your CRM contact record — answered, missed, or withheld — so the full history is always one click away.
Common questions
No — not in this version. The initial auto-SMS fires automatically because speed is the whole point. But if the caller replies, any AI-drafted response goes through your review queue first. You tap approve before it sends.
The call still appears in your log so you have a complete picture. No SMS fires (there's no number to send to), and the record is marked 'withheld'. You're push-notified so you know a call was missed.
You can add any number to a block list in settings. Block-listed numbers are logged but receive no auto-SMS and their replies don't generate drafts. Useful for known spam callers or numbers you've already dealt with.
No. You keep your existing number. Calls to it are forwarded through our system first, which is what lets us catch the ones you miss. Callers still dial the number they already have for you.
